LET'S TALK ABOUT THE DESKTOP YOGA: THE NEW TECHNIQUE TO BE RELAXED IN THE OFFICE
We know that spending many hours sitting in the office can cause stress, tensions and at the end of the day be very exhausting for the body. Therefore, today we want to talk about desktop yoga, a new discipline that you can do while you are in your office without having to invest so much time.
Ready to spend the day relaxed and carefree? Here the most favorable positions of this new technique:
1.- Rising Sun: for this exercise you must get up from work place, raise your arms towards the sky and tilt your head back. Repeat this exercise at least 10 times and you will feel better, this exercise will help you improve your breathing.
2.- Twist: this position is going to do while you are sitting, you must turn the trunk to the side without moving the waist, do it repeatedly and then change sides. The ideal is to help the arm of the chair to stay upright and not lose balance. This posture helps improve your digestion.
3 .- The pigeon: sitting in your chair, put an ankle on the opposite knee, fixed your torso facing the front and breathe deeply repeatedly, this in addition to relax, will help strengthen the muscles of the thighs Maja.
4.- Upside down: while you're still sitting, get off your desk about 30 centimeters, lower your head facing your legs and stretch your arms to the front as much as you can ... this technique is ideal to release tension and relax your back.
