EXERCISE IN THE POOL ... WE TALK YOU OF 8 EXERCISES TO TONIFY YOUR BODY IN THE WATER
When you hear the word pool, what is the first thing that comes to your mind? Holidays! And who does not like to rest, feel full and take a break from day to day? To all! However, when talking about what are the perfect places to exercise, the pool can be a great option ...
All this is because when we are in the water, the weight of the body is reduced to 80%, which means that we can exercise without having to think about what we will injure ourselves. That said, today we share 8 fabulous exercises to help you tone your body:
1.- Aquatic burpees: you must be standing, looking at the wall of the pool, you are going to rest your hands on the edge and jump forward strongly. It is recommended that you repeat this exercise as many times as you can for a minute and thus achieve tone the arms, shoulders, abs and legs.
2.- Butterfly Swim: this exercise is known to be one of the most calories burned, since the physical effort that is made is quite complete. Your arms must go out and enter the water in a coordinated manner and remain with the head submerged while you push yourself with your legs forward.
3.- Legs to the chest: bring the knees to the chest alternately as quickly as possible, it is as if you had running but without moving. Repeat as many times as necessary and you will feel a great change in the abdomen, thighs and legs.
4.- Jack jumps: standing with the water at chest level, you must jump while you open and close Maja legs, to achieve contraction of the abdominals and shoulders.
5.- Abs and arms: place your legs on the edge of the pool, take the swimming straw with your arms and bring your chest to the knees without arching the back.
6.- "V": standing, with the body straight and the head above the water, do as if you were going to sit and raise the legs until your body is V-shaped. In this position try to keep your head and ankles out of the water. Tonify your abs and waist.
7.- Splits: in this exercise you must stand Maja, with the water covering you below the chest and jumping forward with one of the legs. Like the previous exercise, you will work your legs, waist and abdominals.
8.- Bike: go to the deep part of the pool, put the swimming straw between your legs as if it were a horse and start moving your legs as if you were on a bicycle. Do it for at least three minutes.
You already know Maja !, there is no excuse for not exercising, you just need a little time and conviction to reach the goal.
